The Flow State refers to effortless high performance in business and sports. Reality gets a liquid or fluid quality. I perceive the environment as energy or vibration; time slows down and space stretches. This book teaches you how various ways to enter the flow state, using examples from playing tennis and conducting his several businesses. The book is full of techniques and exercises that propel you to a higher state of consciousness and ability. Whereas the author's previous books emphasized conscious creation, this one emphasizes the opposite: a state of surrender and release, where you let your subconscious do most of the work for you.

This reads like a teenager who dropped acid a few times, then through some unchecked narcissism, feels they have the authority to publish a book on how to achieve peak experiences. The only authority this guy seems to bring is he's suckered people into paying him for "life" advice, and he's had some good tennis games.
The most generous interpretation I can provide of this work would be its a personal exploration into the concept of flow. Unfortunately he peppers in so many absolutist statements with only anecdotal support, it's hard to take him seriously. My favorite line was "ADHD is caused by forcing kids to learn things they don't want to learn." lol!
This author seems like a con-artist to me. DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK.
What a joke
