Give hope a chance!
You have nothing to lose by following this protocol and everything to gain. How I wish this had been known when I lost my own father to Alzheimers disease. I will do all in my power to protect my loved ones from this dreaded disease and support healthy aging.

Excellent book, must read for anyone over 40
This book allows the first group of people who went thru Dr Dale Bredesen 's protocol to tell their stories of their success in reversing cognitive decline. But it also contains a concise introduction and closing chapters by Dr Bredesen that are excellent. Recommended even if you read his first book printed in 2014, since it contains updated medical knowledge.
