Awesome wisdom for self coaching!
Loved the simple matter of fact truth that we all relate to each day and solutions for our chaos! Highly recommend for adults with ADHD, their spouses, their bosses, peers and subordinates. I suspect I may have adult adhd but I'm not 100%. Some of these chapters resonated with me.
