Best for beginners

The book is geared towards beginners. I think this type of book is best in hard copy. I like to listen to audiobooks at the gym and because it references supplemental docs, I didn’t get the full picture. I thought this may teach me a thing or two. I walked away with some new ideas but this may not have been suited for me.
