Coaches Must Read
Coaches new the business and those who have been in the business will benefit from reading this book. Melinda does a wonderful job covering all of the business components a Coach and what they need to consider when starting their business. She does a lovely job in giving you action tools in the book, to execute as well. I highly recommend this book. It is great on audible but I also bought the book as well, so I could do some of the execution tools she has in it. I have been in the coaching practice for 5 years and still found things I learned that would benefit my practice.
