Unique Perspectives with Detailed Guide to help ..

I love the audio version especially since the author read it herself but the insights and the references to the PDF and training made me want to buy the paperback cover book also so I could keep it handy as a tool and even as a workbook for the practices she described. some concepts are contrary and some concepts have been taught by others but she has an interesting personal perspective that has worked and shares it with us. of course throughout she will describe what she is talking about then go about and giving you background for each section and then summarizing it. overall a perfect book. I can see why these people are giving me five stars easily. I was ready to write a review halfway through the book it is just that good.

Great Book

Got the daily text messages and it really helped through a dark chapter - knew I needed to read the book - I wasn't disappointed -wonderful message

Authentic, pertinent, and intelligent writing and narration

Kristen’s concept of living in our comfort zone is extremely germane to our society that lives in nearly constant overdrive and very often unhealthy competition. Her writing style is masterful. Kristen’s narration is authentic, intelligent, enthusiastic, and warm. She did have a few mispronunciations (“lethargy” comes to mind, along with a couple of others); nonetheless, these small details do not take away from her wonderful work in relating her story to her reader/listener. It is said that audio narration/radio is a intimate medium and Kristen succeeded with great humility, yet great aplomb in helping the listener to feel right at home with her, as if listening around a comfortable fire with a kind friend. Many thanks to Kristen for sharing her story and I look forward to reading/listening to any new writing she undertakes!

Life changing for sure.

We started a book club a month ago and our first book was The Comfort Zone. It was amazing. During our Zoom meets for the club, we expressed what changes we made in our daily routine and I personally started to journal more. Will definitely read again if I start to get out of my comfort zone. I have been recommending this life changing book to everyone I know. The author has been in touch as well, she has been so great and I can’t wait to see how my future changes with my new state of mind. Kristen Butler gives great examples we can all relate too, and makes you feel like your not alone. Definitely recommend.

Good. If professionally narrated would be better!

The content here is compelling. I read it as an audiobook. The author's narration with a singsong emphasis in an overly sincere childlike voice kept me distracted and annoyed. I do feel a professional narrator and/or producer could have made all the difference. Otherwise the book's content comes at a time when so many need to hear and learn of just such a tool.

very annoying voice, repetitive

The whole book can be summarised in under 10 pages, too long, repetitive and really annoying, unauthentic voice which feels jarring and irritating..

Refreshing Audio Book

So far so good! I really like the concept of creating joy from a place of comfort and examining those beliefs that keeps a person stuck instead of moving forward. I am still listening to the audio book it's refreshing and I'm appreciating a different concept in creating a life you desire from a place of comfort instead of anxiety/fear driven as typically that's how it's been taught, is that if you want to create more in life that it would require you to step out of your comfort zone, which would involve anxiety, that anxiety/fear means your going the right path which doesn't have to be the case. I'm looking forward to finish listening the rest of the audio book.

Inspiring and life changing.

What an incredible book this is! They challenging the conventional ideas around what the comfort zone is, and what it means to live inside it, Kristen has created a powerful movement toward not only inner peace, but also world peace. I absolutely love this book. It should be required reading for every person.

A must have!!

I just love this book!

Reading the mindset change was very enlightening. The realization of the effects it had on many of us had when being forced to constantly to step out of our comfort zone and the awkward feelings - it explains so much. There's so much in this book that makes so much sense....can't wait to finish read/listen to it.
