Break the Toxic Cycle
I liked how it was said that getting free from codependency need not lead to a divorce. The part comparing caregiving with caretaking is very good. Codependency has been linked to harm to others, which I thought was a valid point.

A great start to recovery from codependency...
There are a certain people who literally only see themselves through the eyes of another person, causing a lapse in identity and enmeshment. Details as to how to create the proper boundaries and notice the reds flags are all right here.
