I enjoyed this meditation SO much! The descriptions of the forest were beautiful and inspiring! The music choices and speaking voice were both spot on as well. Relaxing and calming. Just what I needed after a stressful day. Can't wait to hear the next one!!!

Wow!
I was a little apprehensive at first due to the length of this meditation but it was just what I needed! Usually with the shorter meditations i always leave wanting more. This one was perfect leaving me feeling calm, relaxed, and ready to go about my day! Couldn't recommend enough!

Fantastic Meditation
I’ve recently gotten into meditation as a way to help with my anxiety, and this is hands down one of the best ones I’ve listened to. I was little hesitant going in, since it is an hour long and I usually tend to either get bored or too sleepy, but I ended up really enjoying it all the way through. The guy’s voice and the music are incredibly relaxing as well. I’m definitely going to be listening to this one again! I highly recommend to anyone looking for some good quality relaxing time.
