Author Barry Eisler brings back all of his protagonists except Ben Treven for this marvelous suspense, political, and action thriller. The Chaos Kind is really Book 2 in The Killer Collective series. The two novels have very different plots but the same protagonist group. The publisher's summary sets up The Chaos Kind well so I have nothing to add. As usual Barry Eisler narrates his own novels and he does so superbly.

All members of the killer collective are back!

Barry Eisler has created the equivalent of the the marvel avengers universe inside of the thriller genre.

The relationships between the characters are top notch and the action is always a thrill

I love the John Rain series and now the further character development of his friends and associates. Eisner Is a genius and easily one of my favorite authors. Anything he writes is worth reading and I am a forever fan!

Another adventure with characters from several of Eisler's books. I was thinking at first it could be cheesy yet it was great fun and adventure! awesome story and narration.

These characters are so much fun to listen to. Loved the plot and the action. For listeners I recommend going to Barry Eisler’s website and find the graph that lays out the timeline of which order to listen to all his books.

In terms of narration, Barry is one of the best.

Excellent can be overused, but not this time. The best book of a great series, all of them made even better by the narration.
