Not bad but not great
I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I wasn't expecting this. If the intention was to calm, it failed. If the intention was to motivate, it failed. Narrator was just reading a script in the most monotone voice possible. Hopefully there are other (better) meditations on Audible.

It's an energizing meditation, but you wouldn't know that from the title. The content is decent. The narrator is excellent. The deep background music sounds the same the whole way through - more foreboding than energizing and with no development into positive energy.
