Winner of the most mispronounced words in any audible book

The substance of the actual text was good but the 90% mispronunciation rate of any technical, chemical, or anatomic description was quite annoying.

if one could ignore the mispronunciations, the information given was quite helpful.

I would not recommend this to be used as an audible book, but rather to be read in the traditional solid book. faction.

Awesome! EVERYTHING you need to know!!!

This book is so rad! So much great information I would not have even thought to ask.

I have been working towards building muscles for years and this book covers everything you need to know and MORE! From what to eat to what to wear! From kitchen to gym this book literally gives you the answers to ALL the questions you have about creating healthy and sustainable muscle! This is a must read for sure!

I love all tips in this book such as how go choose right trainer etc. Work out and body building programs presented in the book are effective and realistic. My favorite one techniques that taylor Lautner ‘s built his muscles before twilight movie

Great information!

I’ve got RA and Sjogrens Syndrome. Eating the right foods is important to keep the side effects too minimum. I found several tips to help. Plus there was great information on low level exercises. Perfect for someone who can’t do as much as I did in my youth. Great work.

New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding

I found this audiobook to be interesting, informative and practical. This audiobook gives me the background I needed in terms of how my body processes food and turns it into energy and how leftover energy or calories gets turned into fat. The bottom line is that the audiobook lays out the basics for men who are interested in improving the shape of their body.
