The premise of the story was good, unfortunately the author has a habit of cutting off the action with repetitive thought processes, which in the end was so aggravating that I quit.

What a shame because otherwise it was a nice story. It wasn't as vulgar as some books I've heard, but it was more than what I wanted.

I actually hated this book and I’m not really sure why I kept listening. If you like cheesy Hallmark movies, MAYBE it’s worth the listen for you, but I don’t like super cheesy. I just didn’t buy into the story and felt no attachment to the characters. They’d barely talked to each other before they somehow related to each other and caught feelings and I just find that incredibly unrealistic. Everything about the story was unrealistic. I enjoy all kinds of genres, including fantasy and some sci-fi, but I need some premise of realism. I also thought the story could have been improved somewhat if the narrator has been better. I found her pretty boring. This is an instant archive and never listen to again” audiobook for me.
