About this listen

The Complete Antiarch Trilogy - Plus Bonus Epilogue!

Finding Axiom

When Finn, a 16 year-old Enforcer-In-Training, learns that The Wall built to keep citizens safe from The Wild is really a cage, he starts questioning all he's been taught. Maybe animals aren't as dangerous as he's been conditioned to believe. Maybe his rebel parents aren't the bad guys. Maybe he's playing for the wrong team. Finn must choose a side - either way it will cost him. His family, or his future...but neither are as terrifying as what may lurk beyond The Wall.

A Conditional Truth

Being an Enforcer is tough. Being an undercover spy for the resistance group, Axiom, is even harder. Not having the people you love know the truth is killer. When fellow Enforcer, Marissa, pursues Finn, he discovers she has the information he's looking for. This leaves him with an impossible choice: Stay true to Piper and ruin the mission or betray the girl he loves and save the city.

The Wall and The Wild

In the climax of The Antiarch Trilogy, nothing will stop the Advisor from launching his newest deadly weapon against Axiom. Still undercover as an Enforcer, Finn must lead the rebellion growing inside Antiarch if he has any chance of defeating the Advisor.

I loved it!

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review

I was pretty impressed with this trilogy. I love the fact that I received the whole trilogy to listen to all at once. No waiting, no searching my library for the second and third books. It was all there together.
The characters were amazing in a way that they were so real to me. Some made me laugh, some made me smile and some angered or frustrated me. One of the characters does all of his decision making based on emotions and I couldn't help but be like "OH COME ON!" at a few points. The plot flowed very well and the ending was satisfying.

The narration was well done and the narrator really portrayed the characters well.

It was Good! With Some Reservations.

I really enjoyed this trilogy. The world Eryn Carpenter set up was believable, both the good and the bad parts. The characters were fully fleshed out, not flat and unknowable. The narrator was awesome. My only issue with the series is Finn, the main character. He always made his decisions based on emotions, not common sense. He was the hero, but not the hero. I’m not even sure I could call him brave. His constant poor decisions drive me bonkers. I understood the reasoning behind his decisions, but I feel like the Axiom plan would have worked out so much better if he had done his job and not constantly made snap decisions based on emotions. Then again, he was 16 years old so....
I did really enjoy this series, and was kind of hoping for another book to come even though I know it’s a trilogy. The ending wrapped up quite nicely with a few surprises thrown in. I received this book for free from Audiobook Boom at my request.

Exciting

This was a fun read, and I couldn't stop listening until the last word was spoken. The narration is excellent, the writing riveting, and the heroes of the story are worth cheering for. So much fun! I recommend this YA book to anyone who loves animal stories, sci-fi/fantasy, and a riveting read.

Great Dystopian Story - Hated to see it end

My review is based on the audiobook. This is a great dystopian story that I hated to see end. It was fast paced and suspense filled. I quickly became invested in Finn's journey and am glad I had the trilogy so I could hear the complete story. The narrator did a superb job bringing the story and characters to life. This is a must read for all dystopian fans
