Super relevant and helpful!

I’m a young dad with a young family, and this book challenged and inspired me to stop treating my role in the home passively. I am more than a paycheck. Thanks J Beth!

Overwhelmingly good

This book literally SHOOK my entire view of our family and opened my eyes to see how current culture has mangled life out of our households. So so good. Listened to it one time and realized 3/4 of the way through I should’ve jotted down notes. Time to start it again!

Highly recommend! Family should be a TEAM.

This book was recommended by a blogger I follow, Dani Austin. It has completely changed my perspective on family shifting it to the TEAM. Loved all of it and I definitely recommend!

Go Team!

Can’t wait to make my family a better team! Great and easy listen. Could not stop once I started. It’s the book I didn’t know I needed for my whole family.

Great resource for families!!!

What a great book! Been through it twice now, I still need to work on the application of it to our family, but trying! I I have started, and trying to reference us as a team. I thought I had been doing that, but I have to admit I don’t think I was doing it as well as I thought.

Green resource and plan to go through it again!

Packed of wisdom & truth

We are a young family , first generation on my side to raise God fearing children . This blew me away and will be implementing the “team” concept . This book is a prayer answered and a guide on how to raise a United family that will impact generations to come .

Start at Chapter 8

The first 7 chapters read more like a psychology textbook where the author goes into detail with his research findings to defend what he's later going to suggest families do in the final 4 chapters. I almost gave up, but I'm glad I didn't. Chapters 8-11 are full of great tips, suggestions, and advice, worthy of taking notes and applying to family life. During most of the audio, the rushing speed of the narration barely leaves the reader room to comprehend what was just said. I actually had to make sure it was the author himself who read the book because otherwise I would've thought it was someone who was merely paid to read the book and just wanted to get it done quickly. At some point during the recording process, someone must've said something to the author (i.e. narrator), because there are times toward the ending chapters where he does seem to purposely slow his pace of reading. Also, the editor missed snipping a couple repeat performances of the same line, but that didn't bother me since the content was well worth any of the audio fusses. Though being that the author is openly Christian (and I assume mainly speaking to a Christian audience, I could be wrong), I would've liked to have seen him back up his points with some scripture as well. In any case, I found the information valuable toward getting my family back on track, working together as a team with a mission and a godly purpose in each other's lives and the lives of others.

Loved this book!

I have not heard a stance on parenting and family this refreshing in a long time! Love the team approach and making the old ways new again. I’m looking forward to taking back my own family!

Great ideas!

Family team building is now going to be part of my family's foundations. Sibling bonding has been difficult for our family, but this approach will change that.
