Ready to switch off

Great idea to have the title Switch off stand for 9 steps to stop overthinking.
While I certainly overthink at times, I do know I have gotten a lot better with it.
I love how Chase, the author, structured it all. I was surprised to learn that exercise, breath work, meditation, outdoor activity and good food as well as mindful eating have a huge impact on curbing overthinking. But when I look at what I do not to overthink, I realized I do exactly that. Nonetheless, excellent to implement for those that are not doing it. It works. Setting boundaries is huge for me. I also learned that it means to be disciplined about your online exposure and establishing overall balance is a must. The author also emphasized creating new and better habits, which for me is vital too.
Overall, I really enjoyed this audible. Awesome narrator voice. I took a lot of notes. I journaled as instructed. It's something that I will integrate in my daily life. See New and better habits. I can highly recommend this book.
