About this listen
Have you inherited a legacy of broken people and relationships in desperate need of grace and transformation?
Many people live in daily bondage to their dysfunction, paralyzed by the fear, anxiety, or guilt it brings. Unwittingly, we become prisoners to our dysfunction and perpetuate its impact to the next generation. Dysfunction is almost unavoidable in a world like ours. Yet we still must find a way to survive in this world and thrive spiritually, even as we navigate all the pitfalls.
This is why the biblical story of Joseph is so relevant for us today. We often see the heroes in the Bible as special people with superior character or spirituality. Yet the reality is that most of these people were just as dysfunctional and flawed as any of us. You would be hard-pressed to find a family with deeper dysfunction than Joseph’s family! Through these severely dysfunctional people, God tells a story of grace, mercy, and redemption that can encourage, inspire, and comfort even the most dysfunctional among us.
Having a God-ordained impact in this world has never been about your personal resume. You don’t need to be special or perfect. Listen to Surviving in Egypt, and discover all you need to survive and influence the world around you is to be loved, chosen, and called by a sovereign, gracious, merciful, miraculous, forgiving God!

In this unique work of never-before-published teaching, Dallas Willard revolutionizes our understanding of Psalm 23 by taking this comfortably familiar passage and revealing its extraordinary promises: "The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.... Story
Is your life limited by labels the world and other people have used to define you? Labels you have internalized and apply to yourself every day? Labels like “Afraid” or “Addict” or “Orphan.” “Damaged Goods.” “Failure.” Maybe even “Religious.” These labels might be sewn into your life with such tight little stitches that they feel like a part of you. It feels like they define you. But that’s a lie. If you let him, Jesus can remove those old labels and tattoo new ones onto your soul. Then you’ll begin to see yourself as God the Father sees you.
