What can you expect from a two hour novel?
The writing and story were pretty good considering that the author had to establish characters and background in such a short book. The narration by computer was a bit flat, but not as bad as I thought. I heard worse human narrators.

An Enjoyable Story
The virtual voice narration was very flat, but not nearly as bad as I expected. If you’re going to go so far as to cut out a real narrator, at least use male and female narrators to read male and female narratives, respectively. It can be very difficult to understand who is saying what during conversations. It can also be very difficult to determine what is being vocalized by a character and what the character is saying in their own head. The writing is slightly amateurish and a good publisher would have caught all the wrong words, but I still found the story to be enjoyable.

I believe if you make virtual voice different for each character would be a better performance

Not A Bad Short Story
As long as you are not looking for character development and intriguing story details or a narrator that speaks with feeling this story is for you. I just wanted to hear a quick story with no fussy plots. The story has a beginning, middle, and an ending that is so far fetched that it's funny. Overall, I enjoyed the story but it doesn't take much for me to like a story. And I listen to the whole thing without fast forwarding so it was interesting enough for me to listen while I cleaned.

Completely vanilla - no kink.
He might be a killer once at the start of the book but after that he's a big 🧸. The sex scene was meh but held it's own. Completely vanilla - no kink.
