I want an Irish Gentleman ❤️

After reading many books on alpha/bully males and stubborn women lately, it was so nice to listen to this incredibly, sweet love story. It’s a little bit like a “Cinderella” story with a HEA and no cliffhanger with the exception that we get to read two more books on the hot Murphy brothers.

Fallon/Pinky was kind and caring for those around her, especially towards her grandmother. That trait, along with her beauty, is what attracts her to Connor. He’s considered a player, but we get to see the generous side of him.

This is the first time I’ve heard either of these narrators and they were fantastic. Both of them can do an American and Irish accent which brought the characters to life. I’m looking forward to listening to the rest of the series.

Cute story and love the performance

This fake wedding theme in a romance was nothing new. I still find a good escape if it’s done right. This story did just that. I LOVE the hero and heroin and Irish accent. The narrators did a good job for bringing the characters to life. This author was not new to me and I enjoyed listening to her other books. However, both narrators were new to me and will definitely look for more from this dual. I highly recommend!

Fantastic story!

Straight Up Irish will hook you in a matter of seconds, taking you on a seamless romantic journey, filled with laughs, steamy moments, and hypnotizing writing. Their chemistry is off the charts and makes their mutual agreement for a fake relationship & marriage believable. Fallon & Cooper begin a journey neither expected to turn into a real romance. Elizabeth Klett & Richard Sawyer do a wonderful job portraying & bringing the characters to life. I wholeheartedly suggest reading or listening to this book.

Loving the Irish

I found myself engage in this story from the beginning. Started to feel dragged on by the middle of the book, but never wanted to stay just to see how it turned out. The narrators were great and felt each feeling they gave.

Great listen!

I enjoyed this story, especially the lovely, Irish accent from the male narrator. I did struggle with the female leads American accent. She seemed to try really hard to should it every syllable of each word. overall, it is a great story and worth the listen!

Meh...

The story line is far fetched, and it’s not helped by the fact that the American girl narrator is absolutely dreadful. The character though is also pathetic and annoying.
I didn’t mind the male character or narrator...
