Worked for me
I was skeptical,but thought heck why not at least give it a try. I was a sugar addict and ate candy bar after candy bar to the point I was eating at least 6 a day. I was eating lots of snack cakes as well. My diet was just simply horriable and I feel 100% miserable. Well 47 days later and I don't crave any sweets at all. I did try some candy and ate a bite. It just didn't taste the same and I relize that I just don't need it and now I don't want it. Worked for me and I hope others will at least also give this a try. Well worth it!

smooth voice, perfect length, like the ocean
overall I like this. I've only been listening for 4 days so too early to tell if it's working. I do feel more rested and seem to be sleeping better. one thing I don't like is the sounds at the end of chapter 3 and beginning of chapter 4. they are annoying and the bells wake me up. wish the ocean waves would continue through from earlier in 3 to when they start again in 4. not sure why the annoying bells in the middle. That's why I have it 4 stars. Other than that I am really enjoying it and will continue to listen.

not worth it...too much ocean and bells and others
too much of everything else other than the hypnosis. I found my self waking up angry because of the bells. wasted of my credit. I enjoyed the other ones from this one but the hypnosis is very short relative to everything else.
