Sooo helpful

has been so helpful for me
I'm so glad I found this. I've been having sweet tooth cravings every single month, and it just gets out of control sometimes when I don't pay attention to the amount of sugar in my diet. Helps with cravings
Helps with those sugar cravings that come out of nowhere. Once the habit of eating sugar is set, it's hard to stop. But I like how this audiobook resets the tone and mindset for healthy eating and keeping sugar out of your reach.

Stops those sugar cravings
This hypnosis has helps with those pesky sugar cravings. Whenever I feel a strong desire for too much sugar, which often happens after indulging in one too many sweets, I'll start listening to this audio. The cravings subside. I'm back on track with eating healthy with as little sugar as possible. You feel better, your skin and body look better and it shows up in your mood. Cutting sugar is a long term journey and I'm glad for the extra support.

Someone recommended Alice Lee Rose to me and I thought hmmm I don't know if that's going to work on me, but I tried it anyway. Literally the easiest hypnosis and it actually worked to help me stop wanting sugar all the time.
It's so crazy how sugar sneaks into your diet and then you just feel addicted to it. But a little rewiring of your thoughts and you can actually say no to that office cake.
