Useful Information

It definitely has nothing to do with cults, but the information in the story that it told could be utilized to start a cult, if one wished, or any other kind of organization.

It was hard to get into the book at first because the voice of the narrator just sounds very boring, so it was easy for me to get distracted.

Overall, it had useful information about values in a business or group setting and how interactions with others in our company/organization are so important for anything that we want to build or work towards.

meh.. cliff notes of zappos book

the first 3/4 of this is a recap of the zappos book. the last quarter is a few blurbs about how sweet Google and Method are. Zero new or novel ideas. Pass

bad name for the content

I didn't have any interest in the content of the book and the title leads one to believe it's about a different subject.

Nothing near what the title suggests

This book is titled completely incorrect: it should be titled what is culture in the workplace. If you want to start a cult please do not read this book it is completely useless and has no basis in cult theory save your time and money.

Excellent Advise Delivered Well

Loved it. Excellent, well-delivered advice. Easy to listen to with good, replicable leadership lessons. Less than an hour.
