These poems are touching, heartbreaking and occasionally hilarious, like when suddenly remembering its garbage day interrupts a lovers moment. (We’ve all been there, right?) Highly recommend.

I’m not a poetry reader/listener. I often find poetry boring. But I can appreciate Misha’s poems because I look up to him and I listen to them and found his voice comforting as well as his thoughts (because that’s what writing really is) interesting.

Some of these beautiful poems made my heart ache. Some made me smile. Somw made me cry.. Thank you, Misha, for sharing such a private part of yourself. The poems about your wife showed how much you really did, and do, still love her. They are beautiful and sad and made me cry at the loss they reflected of someone so integrated into your life being ripped away, like a limb torn from a sleeve. I'd love to read more. And to hear them in your voice the way you heard them in your head is a gift too. Thank you.
