Feeling better already!

I got this book about 5 days ago, and I already feel better. I have had chronic pain in a muscle in my hip for about 4 months now, I have no idea why or how I pulled it but it has just progressively gotten worse. So, I thought I'd give somatic exercises a try since my phone kept slipping me ads about this newer form of exercise :). I do sit at desk all day, perhaps that has contributed to the pain, but the exercises laid out in this book have definitely helped. They are gentle enough for me feel confident that I'm not going to make the injury worse, and the instructions are very clear. I also thought the narration was pleasant and easy to listen to. Overall, I recommend this book for those of all ages.

Easy to do exercises

A great breathing audio book which uses engaging and healing narration to take you through the various breathing exercises that are well aimed at beginners. Having completed the audio, I felt at ease with the world as I completed the varied exercises and it's giving me a great tool bag for breathing exercises going forward if and when I want to do them again. Highly recommended.
