Positive help for social media addiction
Love love love this audiobook. It really couldn't have come at a better time because of the pandemic. It really makes you stop and think how much time is spent on social media. The author gives you great suggestions on how to step back and take note of the impact that social media is having on your life and that of your friends and family. I like the fact that he points out the positive and the negative and help you to put it into perspective. The narrator Kelly McGibbon is great. She has a soothing and musical voice that makes listening very easy. I would highly recommend this book.

What a beautiful book! I think this book unlocks the secrets of the capitalization of Social Media platforms. I sincerely appreciate the knowledge that comes with this book. You can tell that it has been well researched. One who loves social media forgets how it is a business and perpetuates the image of perfection! Detox your brain and life!
I loved this book a lot! Yes, we can't imagine our lives without Instagram and Facebook. Many interesting facts and insights inside the book made me look at my daily life differently. I never knew that social media could influence your mental health and literally "ruin your life." This book gave me knowing how to use social media to benefit instead of being a slave of it.
Highly recommend it to everyone, especially Millenials and teenagers. Great book!
