Perfect for those rowdy kids

Relaxing
If your kids get lonely at night or just need some soothing sounds to sleep, then this is a great resource. It's also an excellent way to teach your kids how to meditate and be one with stillness. Heck, I even listen to this book sometimes when I am trying to fall asleep!
I give the performance 6 out of 5 stars. The music in the background, the voice, and the words are all perfect. Definitely pick this book up if you or your kid needs a sleep aid.

Peacful Night Rest Guaranteed!
Even myself, I got sleepy when listening to this audiobook. It is perfect if you want to introduce your children to meditation or if you're just looking for something that will help your child fall asleep. There is a variety of different meditations so your kids don't have to listen to the same one over and over again. The background music creates a calming atmosphere which definitely helps to fall asleep, I can highly recommend this audiobook!

Mindful Mediations for both Kids and Adults
The moment we began playing this audiobook it instantly made me feel calm. We really enjoyed going through each chapter night by night. I think my favourite was the Unicorn chapter! Really helped with our nighttime routine and saved us a story or two. Truly recommend this audiobook.

Super guided, relaxing meditations.
Each of the 14 themed mediations guides you through a relaxation response technique designed to calm the mind and the body. I not only found that these meditations were helpful for the grandkids but also for me. The soothing calming forces of music and narration helped me move from a state of anxiety at days end to peaceful bliss. Each meditation stimulates the creative imagination of the child. I would recommend this audiobook for any parent, grandparent or uncle/aunt who has wired kids to deal with at bedtime.

This audiobook is super amazing, the music in the background and how it is narrated got me. There are several guides on meditation for kids, but this particular one vibes differently. I enjoyed the book and I can't stop listening to it Everytime. The author of this great book has broken it down in a very elegant yet simplistic way. Also the narrator is a whole new level of talented personality. I actually got excited about listening to it again and again because this book gives hints on how to make a child fall asleep easier. It builds a great habit for them while also giving me relief by putting them asleep.This book is my favorite, I found it so helpful
