Great advice
I’ve been a chronic snorer for most of my adult years to the point where I’ve had to sleep in a separate room from my spouse. Needless to say I’ve been desperate to learn some things that might help me out. This book gave me just what I was looking for as it didn’t involve me needing to get an expensive cpap machine or anything like that. Instead it offered practical advice I feel that I can actually follow.

My snoring almost ended my relationship...
My snoring was so disruptive it nearly ended my marriage, but listening to this with my partner has helped us both understand my sleep apnea struggles on a deeper level. An interesting listen

Good Practical Solutions to Sleep Apnea
I suffer from severe sleep apnea and constantly kept my partner awake at night to the point where I had to move out of the bedroom. This is a relatively short book with concise instructions and suggestions on breathing techniques and more. I have to admit I am just starting to implement these ideas by Dr Petkus and sincerely hope they help, and infact think they will. Considering what a hassle a CPAP machine is , I would definitely suggest anyone with sleep apnea listen to this audiobook. It is certainly worth the listen and will most likely be of some benefit.
