My favorite Audible book so far
This audiobook was incredible!! In addition to having tons of information, Caroline’s reading made it super fun to listen to. My favorite part was all the advice about what to spend the most money on in your routine.

Great Tips and Tricks
I loved this book. Caroline gives great advice and she’s very entertaining to listen to. She is animated when she talks and I felt like we were having a conversation as opposed to feeling like a robot was reading to me. I definitely learned new techniques that I will be incorporating into my skin care routine. 10/10 would recommend this book to anyone wanting to improve their skin and skin care routine or to those who are just starting

This is the skin care Bible
This book is the absolute holy grail of skin care guides. Thank you Caroline for sharing your knowledge in a book and double thank you for making an audiobook for ADD peeps like me who can’t sit down and read a paper book.

Laughed, learned, and love it!!!!
I have never written a review for a book and probably never will again. Caroline is such a ROCKSTAR when it comes to skin. I have followed her for years. A true Guru although she wouldn’t like being called that at all. Even if you are not a fan (I don’t know how you couldn’t be) the facts are all here ladies and gents. Laugh your way to true knowledge.

People with skin should listen to this 😉
As a skincare ‘junkie’, I thoroughly enjoyed this book! Caroline presents the content professionally with a hint of humor and ‘friend I haven’t met yet’ attitude. I’ll be listening again for tips I surely missed and will be making notes. Also, this will be recommended to friends who just don’t ‘get it’.

A true gem

Waste of money and time
Book has 0 structure, more like chaotic repeating advices how to take care of skin. But basically author says - don’t buy cheap products and use serum.

The skin does not absorb?
If you are remotely into health, skip this book! The author actually states that the skin is meant to be a barrier not absorb and promotes the use of parabens and other PROVEN endocrine disruptors. No mention of the extremely toxic ingredients in chemical sunscreens and stated that physical barriers are harmful??? I guess there were some tidbits of helpful information in there but if you have any knowledge of skincare, not at all worth the listen. Most of what she says are OPINIONS and she states them as facts so the author came across rather like a no it all to me and clearly did not do any research to back up her claims.
