I absolutely love this series by Sophie Oak AKA Lexi Blake. it's a wonderful culmination of a relationship between two best friends that have been friends for years and of course the man just realizes that he has to step up his game, a newcomer that realizes from the start that he must be with this woman and a woman that is a mouse at the start of the book but slowly comes into her own and becomes a character that fights for what she wants.

I have loved this series from the start and I cannot wait for the next book to come out in audio.

Ryan West and CJ bloom a really wonderful narrating this book. They give feeling to each character complete with Irish accent and southern twang. You really feel the characters when these narrators are telling the story. Very, very well narrated.

I really enjoyed this story! I love how the mouse turned into a lion. The sex scenes are juicy and drool worth. My favorite is as always the HEA. Another rock star Lexi!!

This was book 5 in the " Texas Sirens" series. Trev McNamara's life is in ruins due to drugs and alcohol when pictures of him surface doing lines of cocaine he loses his job as a quarterback when his coach offers him a chance to get the remining 10 million dollars he has to be clean for three years he takes it and trains with Leo. Bethany “Mouse” Hobbes spent her entire life waiting, especially for the love of Bo O’Malley who is hitting every woman that comes his way she just bought a fixer upper she finds some clothes and where a sexy sun dress that gets his attention. Bo O’Malley is Aiden's little brother his father did a number on him he feels that Trev let him down he has issues of abandonment. When Trev comes back to his hometown of Deer Run the locals are not friendly he said some mean things in the press about the town while at the diner eating with his sister Shelley and her husband Bryce he sees Beth and knows that he found his sub. I hated Bryce and didn't trust him I knew he was up to no good. Trev is holding on by a thread when Beth decides it is time to stop waiting for Bo she goes to the bar where she runs into the woman Bo is currently banging Trev comes to her rescue and they hook up. I liked all these character's I liked that Trev stopped people from calling her Mouse and I liked that she learned how to stand up for herself. I liked that Bo was willing to share her after he realized that he is in love with her. I also liked that one of my favorite McKay-Taggert employees Liam O'Donnell came to help Trev when Shelley thought that he had relapsed. When she is almost shot Beth gets in trouble because she didn't ask for help. When his agent comes to town Trev makes a choice to stay after going into the bar with Li and Leo to get Bo who they thought might be a sub only he's not but he agrees to share Beth. This was a good read and I was glad to see that Bo grew up. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I also love the narrator of this book as I listened and read it. I am looking forward to reading and listening Leo and Shelley's story.

Loved the chemistry in this entire book... the way it develops between all three of them during different times...

Imagine loving someone all your life... and then she's with someone else. What are you going to do? How can you ask her to leave the man she loves. Hmmmm A threesome of course!! :P

The narration is just perfect. Loved it.

This is such a beautiful story. I'm confident you will enjoy it.

I thought the narration was excellent, but I am a Ryan West fan. I never have an issue wondering which character is speaking when he does the narration.

Trev, Beth, and Bo were a slightly different manage from some of the previous books. That served to add another layer of interest. The dialogue is witty, and sometimes it's just plain funny. I love the snark Lexi Blake brings to her books.

Based on the beginning of the book, I would have never thought of Beth as the bridge to bring them together or Trev as the glue to keep them together. It never ceases to amaze me how much baggage these characters carry.

I did enjoy how each person evolved as a result of being together. I also liked that twist at the end.

Now I don't know if I should read the next book in the Sirens series, the next book in my Bliss series list, or the next one in Masters and Mercenaries. So many books. So little time.

This series really does continue to wow and amaze me! I think there’s only been one book I wasn’t really crazy about and that’s ok because I just didn’t feel it was necessary so the storyline tended to drag. If she would have just made the prior book a few chapters longer and finished it off, then it to me it would have been better. I think that was “Siren in the City...” But it’s just my opinion.

This story was a roller coaster of growth, ignorance, and sexual awareness. Trevor has returned to town to fulfill his final year of sobriety so he can collect the last bit of his pro contract. One year, that’s it and then he’s gone. Finding a new and inexperienced sub and renewing a long ago friendship was not in the plan. When someone begins to threaten his new family, he is determined to make sure that they all stay alive and have their own HEA in the end.

This was a story about overcoming and persevering. Trev has his addiction and previous behavior to work through, Beau had his upbringing and past trauma to overcome and Beth had to discover who and what she really is and make peace with it. Watching them all come to terms with their own growth and then their growth as a threesome was entertaining and thought provoking.

I thoroughly love how each story sets us up for the next one. I’m looking forward to seeing Leo brought to his knees by Shelly.

I think Trev McNamara might be my favorite Lexi Blake male character to date and that is saying a lot. I'm also once again astounded by how deeply this book touched me; it never fails that I find myself in tears at least once every time I read a Siren or Bliss book and Siren in Waiting is no exception. From Beth's plight and unerring kindness and grace, to the fierce protectiveness yet deep vulnerability of Trev, and even Bo's obliviousness and pain - there is so much emotion and heart and depth to this (and every Lexi Blake/Sophie Oak) book. Add to that the extreme sexiness, the action and suspense of the plot, and the side characters that you can't help but to love and be invested in... this is a world that I long to go back to again and again. I am DETERMINED to start the Masters and Mercenaries series ASAP! 4.5 out of wine glasses.
