Hot single dad

Lily and Grant meet after she accidentally puts a letter in his mailbox meant for a prior tenant. They meet and then Grant becomes her lawyer to help with items in the letter. She then rents his spare room and falls in love with Grant and h is daughter Jenny. This is a cute story which is fabulously narrated by Sam N. Hoden.
