This is my absolute favorite cookbook.

This is my absolute favorite cookbook. I have loved soup since I was a child. This cookbook not only provided me with recipes that brought back childhood memories but also educated me on the importance incorporating protein into my soup recipes if I want to lose weight. The recipes are so easy to follow and the pictures are vibrant and beautiful. I also love the narration in the audible version. It feels like a friend stopped by to help you cook. I highly recommend and can't wait for Dr. Dunn's next recipe book.

Crockpot recipes

I'm super excited that crockpot recipes are included, as I'm a crockpot cook. the accompanying PDF is also very helpful. All the recipes sound super yummy and the ingredients all are easy to find. I'll be enjoying some chicken and kale soup this week.

Delicious

What a great cookbook! Healthy and delicious don’t often go hand in hand but in this book that is exactly what you get. It is full of fantastic recipes that do not need tweaks which help you lose weight. I am excited to try them all!
