The stories are pretty good. I was surprised usually anthologies are not the best places to find horror, literature, especially given that I’ve never heard of any of these authors before. The reader tried really hard to make it fun but in the end it just sounds fake. It also doesn’t help that the voice actor only has three or four different voices to choose from and with only short breaks between stories. It feels like one continuous story that makes zero sense and keeps jumping around. I would recommend the physical book, but probably not the best choice to be an audiobook.

the narrator was hard to listen to and the stories were boring and not too much horror

I was expecting more from this series. Some of the stories are just so drawn out and try to get you involved with characters that mean nothing in the long run. It’s like a continuous run on sentence that could have been a short statement to get the point across.
