Fantastic
Everything above the book was phenomenal very insightful and since I am in the healing journey from narcissistic abuse this was absolutely helpful and I will read it again and take notes so that I can do all the exercises because I listen to it on my commute to and from work but I will keep this that’s one of those books that I will go back and read years later also

Not my favorite
I chose this book because it was a quick read. Although I have read many personal development books in the past, this one read more like a "self-help" book than any I have read in the past. The information would be helpful to someone new to personal development and manifestation. For me the information was too general. I like to have strategies and steps to follow rather than journal writing prompts alone. It's nice that the author includes bonus materials but listening to a recipe is not as helpful as accessing bonus materials online.

great book to teach my 15 yr old son some self lov
I needed to teach my son some self-love and he didn't have time to read so I bought the short book and I'm so happy I'm able to teach him practical advice on how to nurture himself

Narrator missed the mark
Good information but I felt the narrator missed the mark. This could have been a children’s book based on the tone used. Just reading and not connected to the content which is so important for relaying key points in an audio book.

Loved this book soooo good
So helpful and she explains it in such a beautiful way and easy to understand. Amazing recipes and self love routines in the back. So many good exercises to do. Loved this book! Would highly recommend. I’ll be listening to it again and again.

Amazing Listen! It Really Works.
This audio book was amazing for me. I felt like the author was really honest, and I can't believe she decided to include this for Audible members for free. I loved the stories she told about her own journey and people she knew. It is really inspiring. I just listened to it in one go right now and really glad I checked it out, it gave me some good ideas I can apply to my life. I also subscribed to her newsletter, really excited to see what else she comes out with.
