As a counselor I find this workbook really valuable for working with clients that are struggling with self-esteem issues. As a human being I found it really helpful for my own journey in exploring what is important to me and prioritizing the important things in life. This workbook is good. Great for giving homework to clients, but I'm still looking for something that will be in a binder that can have pages that can be easily accessed for copying for handing out. The lack of that feature doesn't detract from the material, however. Received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.
