Very good instructional audiobook

This is a great introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This was recommended to me by my therapist, which I then gave to my friend to listen.

A great audible for us!

For most of my life, I have suffered from anxiety and depression. The simple exercises presented hope for better health, but with a deeper understanding of why and how they do so. A significant audio-book for understanding general health and wellness.

Critical thinking is not nearly as common as many of us think. This book teaches people to properly think critically, it also exposes some common fallacies that many are tricked by.
