Publisher's summary

My brother is an idiot - he’s getting married.

And I’m in charge of getting things together since our folks are gone.

Lucky me. The guy who thinks love is for the birds and worn-out '80s songs.

I honestly don’t have time for this drama. I run a billion-dollar company, have women to entertain, and am working on my plans to rule the world.

No, seriously.

And yet, when you least expect it, life kicks you in the balls.

The beautiful, snarky woman that runs the flower shop is perfect to help me pull off this wedding.

Just seeing her sends my head spinning with possibilities.

She’s perfect. To play my fake wife for an event I have coming up as a side deal.

My ex-wife will be at the event, and I sure could use someone to show her how well I’ve done since she ripped out my soul.

So my curvy new friend gets my ring and a chunk of my wallet before agreeing to the deal.

Funny thing is, I’m not so interested in taking it back by the end of the adventure.

I’m willing to go all in on what might be the best decision of my life.

And I’m demanding the same of her. No maybes. No I-don’t-knows.

No fear of what might be or might not be.

Open your pretty pink lips and utter the words.

Say you do.

Great Story, so-so Narration

This was my first Weston Parker novel. I found it extremely well done and searched for more stories by him.

I usually enjoy a British accent, but it just didn’t work for New Yorkers. I also found that there were times that I couldn’t tell which character was speaking as his voice didn’t change well from male to female so it was a little confusing.

Book was good

I read and listen to a book. The book was good. Relaxing. But they people in the book live in New York and the narrator had an English accent. That in itself did not go with the book. The male character was supposed to be rough and gruff but the narrator’s voice did not betray the gruffness.

Say You Do by Weston Parker

SAY YOU DO By Weston Parker
This is the story of Luna a floral shop owner, who was very caught up in her last relationship until she found out he was married. Cyrus is a billionaire investor who is very jaded about marriage since he was divorced for someone who had more success. They meet when Cyrus is asked by his brother to plan his wedding to his fiance as they had an immediate upcoming date in mind but no time to plan. So off to the Watering Can Floral Shop he goes. Luna and Cyrus hit it off quickly and decide to have a friends only non committed physical relationship to “scratch an itch” for both of them.
I did enjoy this story very much. It is very well written, hot chemistry, banter, angst, lots of twists and turns. This audio book is narrated by Christopher Swift, who does a good job. I always can count on Weston Parker to bring a great read to the table. I highly recommend you read this entertaining story! I give it 5 stars.

Need female narrator

I feel like I wasted a credit on this narration. Could not tell the characters apart. Sounded like a good story but could not get past chapter 3. Wish I could return!!

narration does not fit the story

This is the first book by Weston Parker I've ever read/listened to. This book is about a woman in New York City & is written in the first person, but the narrator is a man with a British accent. I couldn't even make it through the first chapter so I have no idea how good or bad the story is.

I wish I could return the Audible book but I bought it through the Audible Matchmaker & I don't currently have an active Audible account. I consider it $7.49 + tax wasted.
