Ok friends I have been studying this topic for years and no one explains it as plain and simply as Barbara. I also think she’s the only woman who writes about this topic so she comes from a loving mama place. She also gives examples from past clients, so I a was able to have an aha moment about carrying stress in my throat. I used to do chakra exercises but for me they didn’t work. However, it felt good knowing that I get it there from being beat up as a kid for opening my mouth too much. The other aha moment I got was from mirroring. I’ve always known the world is my mirror. In other words, if we attract abuse look within because you are abusing yourself with your own voice. In other words you don’t attract what you desire, you attract who you are. But she said people you envy or are jealous of usually mirror a power within you. And I thought wow she’s so right not sure why that never occurred to me. But honestly she also teaches a lot of CBT techniques you can use especially if you’ve never seen a therapist. I used to tell my friend’s about how fascinating Dr. Joe Dispenza’s book was not realizing it was incredibly complex to the average person. My friends who are six figure women were like English please. Most rewire brain books are like this, so if you’ve been interested in the topic, but the books were too complicated GET THIS ONE! She will inspire you. She will love you and she will teach you everything you can so that you find your way and succeed. I’ve read her Six Figure Earners book and loved it too. She loves taking us on a journey with her clients and it’s always nice seeing women uplifting women. But more importantly, you always find ones you can relate to. Definitely a MUST READ!!! Absolutely LOVED it! Don’t hesitate just BUY it. And I think this is my hubby’s account but this review is from a woman 😂

One of the best books that teach you about money. It helped me a lot to recognize and rewire some obstacle thoughts in my financial life. Im taking serious steps toward my financial freedom and this book just appeared in the right time.
I’m going to listen to it again after a couple of weeks.

I can’t tell you the amount of books and programs I rolled in about the subject of money mindset. Yet none of the books nor the programs had made such a big impact on the way I handle money like this book did.

This book has completely changed my life and somehow “rewired” my brain to stop spending all my money, and start saving and handling it well in a smart and savvy way.
It is so good I listened to it twice!

I recommend this book to any woman who struggles financially and wants to learn how to build wealth in the most loving way possible.

Thank you Barbara for writing this book. I am forever grateful.

This is what my brain needed to hear and read (yes, I bought the hard cover book at chapter 9). It’s not about the action as of saving and making more money, it’s about the mindset and how to re-wire!

Inspiring and Full of Exercises

I am in a bit of a sticky financial situation and trying to learn how I got here, and how to get out. This book doesn't really invent any new ideas or offer any groundbreaking new wealth strategies (if you've listened to any financial books, podcasts, or youtube videos at all) but I still consider it a worthwhile listen even if just for hearing the author talk about how she had to dig her own way out of a financial hole. It's always useful when you're down to know that other people have been there too and gotten out of it. There were far too many unrelatable stories about women who had plenty of money, but just didn't know what to do with it...or didn't realize they already had the money they needed to pay off the bills/debts they had. Come on. What a nice problem to have. The narration was very well done and enthusiastic. If you intend on completing the exercises offered in the book, you will need to be ready with pen and paper (or whatever) when the narrator starts reading them...there is no accompanying PDF and she does not pause for reflection!

I appreciate all the uplifting stories and positive energy, and there are some common sense recommendations, however I believe it fell short on providing practical processes or actions for building wealth.

Nice, but lacking substance

I didn't relate to her having a dad and husband do her finances, and avoiding it. That's a luxury we didn't have in the black community. I'm sure it's good for rewiring for white women who went thru the same issues

the narrator - I swear I hear her voice everywhere and it's starting to get annoying. wish they would use another female.
