This is a great read and I definitely recommend it
My husband and I are just starting out in our real estate investment business and this book really breaks everything down for you, especially when it comes to calculating your ROI before making a purchase/deal and learning about the pros & CONS of each type of rental property. I love that he’s so honest and doesn’t just tell you that there’s one right way to do real estate. Instead, he lays out the different options plain and simple and encourages you to do the work to decide what’s best for your lifestyle and skills. This book is not for the lazy, but rather for those who are willing to learn and do the work for your future and posterity. This is a great read and I definitely recommend it for anyone just starting out in rental property investment.

Such an informative book
Scott Clark provides a wealth of information that will take you from feeling clueless to educated about managing your rental properties. If you are new to rental property management, this is a must-read. After reading this book, I shudder to think about how ill-prepared I would have been going into my own personal buy-n-hold investor journey. While I certainly will have a lot to learn, reading this book has certainly saved me months if not years learning things the hard way.

This book is going to help me out tremendously
This book is going to help me out tremendously. currently closing on my first duplex and will become an instant landlord, so listing to this audiobook gave me some helpful tips on how to set up my systems and access to forms I going to need in three wheels when my property closes. Great information!
The flow of the audiobook was great Scott Clark had stories for all of the examples that he used. It's nice to know that the author is an active investor and can give us advice that can be applied in today's market.

I almost didn't buy this audiobook because of some of the reviews saying the narration wasn't edited or was poorly done. I think the author has updated/edited the narration since then because I didn't have any of the issues mentioned. Try the sample chapter if you're still unsure.
Lots of great advice and I've had a rental for 3 years now; I never would have had time to read this book so glad the audio version was available.

I love it
Has been a good listen so far. I little boring in some parts but has some good information I can use. I like the broken down example when talking about the numbers, it makes it easier to understand.
