I guess I just didn't notice it was only 21 minutes long before I downloaded it. I was hoping for more substance. Good information though. And I will listen to it again.

great information

I loved it this really gave me good tips overall. I feel as though alot of what was mentioned I have experienced and for that now I've learned a better way to get a hold of negative thinking.

Quick and to the point. For a person that deals with ADHD and negative self talk, it's important to keeps things simple and this book does just that. Great job!

That’s a practical guideline for a happier life.

READ BY A ROBOT

Had to stop it after 5 mintutes then downloaded a better book of same length and price. 1) Narrator is just horrible. No inflections, no emotions to show he's even interested. Pure monotone. Slowwwww dowwwwn. It sounds like he's just trying to get it over with. Just painful to listen to. The wrting is just as bad. The writing sounds like clef notes or bullet points; not a short book of any value.
