Entertaining, Sexy, and Suspenseful!
This is book 11 in the Hot Scots series. I love this series. Magnus and Piper's story is entertaining, sexy, and suspenseful, filled with twists and turns. Piper is such a wonderful character, strong, determined, and smart. Magnus is very handsome and protective. They share a sizzling hot chemistry. I liked their banter and the humor in the story. The storyline is captivating. Impossible to put it down. I loved to see again the characters from the first books in the series. Shane East and Emma Wilder did a fantastic job with the narration. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to listening to Incendiary in a Kilt, the next book in the series.

I am absolutely in LOVE with Magnus and Piper's story! She's his first job that got away and that just doesn't sit right with him. I loved that Piper was determined to prove her innocence and by evading Magnus, she ends up learning so much about herself and what she is capable of. Without even realizing it, they found a kindred spirit in one another. Even Magnus is so misunderstood by everyone, including lots of his family. I do love that his cousins are determined to bring him more into the fold. This was full of non stop action and sexy situations that will leave you absolutely breathless!
How can you top and already amazing story? You get Emma Wilder and Shane East to narrate this absolute gem of a story! They were fantastic!

LOVE this one! Amazing Characters! ❤️ Highly Recommended
Love it! The Humor! The Danger! The Hot Broody Scot! The Sassy Escapee! What a Story! I was really kept on my toes wondering what was going to happen next. But the bigger question is Who is going to come out on top? The Bounty Hunter or the girl accused of murder? The back and forth between Piper and Magnus is outstanding! Their animosity and attraction is what makes them great rivals and lovers!
The secondary characters are delightful as usual. BUT there is one character that I loved probably as much as the author did writing him. He is new to us and is a curious guy who likes to bring the fire to situations. I really enjoyed him and Look forward to his story.
I did listen to this on audio. Shane East and Emma Wilder did amazing as these characters and helped bring the story to life.
I can’t wait for the next one! I think it will be fun, fun, fun!

Piper is my new favorite
I loved this ebook so much that I got the audiobook. Shane East and Emma Wilder are two of my favorite narrators, and they do an excellent job with this story. They bring Piper and Magnus's interactions over this wild ride to glorious life.
It starts with a pulse-pounding chase and a super hot encounter. Then there is more chasing around Europe and America. Sometimes Magnus is chasing Piper, and sometimes the bad guy is chasing Magnus and Piper. There is so much action, even some explosions. In calmer moments, Magnus and Piper get to know one another and form an unbreakable bond.
My favorite part of the book was Piper. She is so sassy and brave. No matter what is happening, she never loses her wits. She outsmarts Magnus so many times, and she keeps him on his toes verbally. I didn't think I would love any of the MacTaggart heroines more than Emery, but I think Piper has topped her.
I loved all the characters. Magnus is a great hero: gruff and brave and honorable. Errol is going to be a terrific hero when his book comes out. Several other cousins make appearances, too, but Alex steals the show as usual.

Action-packed romance!
This next book in the Hot Scots series is an action-packed bounty hunter romance with plenty of mystery and suspense. Piper is running. Magnus is chasing and the energy in the air is crackling! I’ve been waiting for Magnus, and I was not disappointed. Just when I thought I knew what to expect Piper surprises everyone. Magnus might be the black sheep of the MacTaggart family, but they all jump in to help when needed. The kilted shenanigans once again do not disappoint.
Shane East and Emma Wilder are terrific in this! I always love them together. Shane brings the broody, moody, complicated bounty hunter to life with an excellent performance and Emma Wilder is perfect for Piper’s brave spirit and perseverance. I really enjoyed this audiobook!!

Fabulous book!
Everyone needs a Magnus on their side! When Piper first meets this hot bounty hunter, he has captured her for a crime she didn't commit. Guilty or not, the attraction they have does not keep them from acting on it! Lucky she is cunning, and able to escape afterwards. But this does not keep him from hunting her. The more elusive, the more he wants to find her. When they do meet up again though, he is a little more aggressive and ready to keep her. And the attraction has not faded. What Piper needs to do is convince him of her innocence.Will he be ready to listen and track down the real culprit? Piper. Oh my, this woman is amazing. Incredibly street smart, she keeps Magnus on his toes, and it's a wild ride. I love her! Magnus is all about the chase, and I love what happens when he does finally capture her. He is a good ally to have. And the story is full of twists, turns and adventure! I love this addition to the series, the quick cameos from some of our favorite Scots and the fun romance this is!
Shane East and Emma Wilder. Need I say more about the narration? East is phenomenal with his Scottish accent. He creates the best personality for Magnus, and wins our heart! Wilder plays the strong heroine perfectly and as Piper she brings out all her tenacity and spunk. Love this team, it could not have been cast better.
