About this listen

In Recall Zero (Agent Zero, Book 6), the President’s translator is the only one privy to a secret conversation that can change the world. She is targeted for assassination and hunted down, and Agent Zero, called back into the line of duty, may just be the only one who can save her.

Agent Zero, trying to get his life back in order and to win back the trust of his girls, vows not to return to service. But when he is needed to save the life of this defenseless translator, he can’t say no. Yet the translator, he realizes, is as intriguing as the secrets she keeps, and Zero, on the run with her, just might be falling for her.

What secret is she keeping? Why are the most powerful organizations in the world trying to kill her for it? And will Zero be able to save her in time?

Recall Zero (Book 6) is an un-putdownable espionage thriller that will keep you listening late into the night. Book 7 in the Agent Zero series will be available soon.

Also available is Jack Mars’ number-one best-selling Luke Stone Thriller series (seven books), which begins with Any Means Necessary.

Agent Zero-flawed but heroic!

Agent Zero-Kent Steele-Reed Lawson is a man with many flaws. As heroic and deadly as he can sometimes be as an agent, he is clueless at times on how to handle his own daughters or his relationship with Maria, which are both falling apart as he falls into despair and dysfunctionality. This is what makes him seem much more real and compelling when he finally goes into action. I have to also say that the narration by Brian Callanan, especially the Ukrainian accent of the woman he is trying to save, is once again, superb. Not many people can pull off a Ukrainian accent, especially a man doing a woman's voice, nearly as well.

Almost like 2020

Parts of this almost sounded like the previous admin. Meetings that no one can talk about with odd outcomes afterwards.

Narrator update

I was harsh on the new narrator at first. Now I’m used to him. Good job.

Not too plausible, but a fun listen

Two US Presidents in a row? I can't say never, but really? Just like his girls getting kidnapped two times in a row.

As always, a good story with lots of action. Just don't get hung up in the details.

Addictive

Read book one and was hooked. Never have I had to get all the books in the series but can’t wait to see what kind of trouble Zero is going to get into next

The series is interesting however

This narrator presents the women’s voices as mechanical and disjointed. It distracts from the presentation. Maria’s voice is particularly difficult to listen to. In regards to the content, the storyline involving the children has been disturbing throughout the series so far. I will continue with the series in typed book form
