About this listen
In order to lead his pride, tiger shifter Hunter must tame his clawing inner beast by finding his fated mate. When a stranded Elissa makes her way to Hunter, he knows she's the one. The problem? She has no idea shifters exist!
He's the leader of his Pride. She's a normal with no idea Shifters exist.
Calling a Magical Matchmaking Service isn't exactly ideal, but Hunter Maverick is desperate to find his mate. If he doesn't have control of the eight-hundred-pound Tiger living inside him, he can't run the Pride. The best way to manage his beast is to claim a female as his own, but no one in his Pride calls to him. Only his fated mate will do.
There's just one problem. He has no idea who she is.
Elissa Phoenix has hit rock bottom. When she's cajoled into accepting a blind date, she finds herself in one lousy situation after another. Bad manners and lewd suggestions leave Elissa no choice but to leave on her own.
Stranded in the rain on the side of the road, Elissa is startled when an elderly stranger in a limo offers her a ride. She knows she should run, but her gut says get in. With no other prospects, what does she have to lose?
Uncle Uzzi has found the purrfect mate for the big bad Tiger of Maverick Point, New Jersey wandering on the side of the road, but it's up to the growly Neta to win her heart.
Can Hunter convince Elissa she's his purrfect mate?

Ryder, Garrett, Kenzo, and Diesel - The Vipers. Their deals are as sordid as their business, and their reputation is enough to bring a grown man to his knees, forcing him to beg for mercy. They are not people you mess with, yet my dad did. The old man ran up a debt with them and then sold me to cover his losses. Yes, sold me. They own me now. I’m theirs in every sense of the word. But I’ve never been meek and compliant.

Beckett: If you’re reading this, well, you know the last-letter drill. You made it. I didn’t. Get off the guilt train, because I know if there was any chance you could have saved me, you would have. I need one thing from you: get out of the army and get to Telluride. My little sister Ella’s raising the twins alone. She’s too independent and won’t accept help easily, but she has lost our grandmother, our parents, and now me. It’s too much for anyone to endure. And here’s the kicker: there’s something else you don’t know that’s tearing her family apart.

Now, I’m the grumpy to Juliet’s sunshine on a popular dating podcast we host, and when a wealthy fan gives us a charming coastal cottage as the biggest thank you ever, we head to the town where I grew up to give it a makeover. Story
After watching my mother succumb to a mysterious illness, I promised myself two things. I'd find the cure for what ravaged her and leave the godforsaken city where she abandoned me. Four years later, I received an acceptance letter from Dracadia University, one of the oldest most prestigious schools in the country. Nestled on a secluded island off the coast of Maine, it's rumored to be haunted by the souls of the mental patients exiled there centuries before, those whose bones are said to make up the island's white sandy shores. And restless ghosts aren't even its most daunting peculiarity.

Fabulous audiobook
The Maverick Pride gets a Nari when Hunter, Tiger shifter and Neta, finds a mate in Alyssa, a human. Uncle Uzzi is a match-making witch that brings these two together. And, I love his character as much as I love Hunter analysis characters.
Elle Sonali does a wonderful job bringing C. D. Gorri’s fabulous paranormal tale to life in the audiobook. I can’t wait to listen to more from the author and the narrator. I highly recommend this book.

Good Feel Book
My favourite character is Uncle Uzzi. He is a sweet mature cupid, who is still in love with love and matchmaking. This is a great story, with wonderful characters, steamy scenes and HEA. Ellie Sonali narrated wonderfully.

Hunter and Elissa
C.D. Gorri
Purrfectly Mated (audio)
Hunter and Elissa
Hunter asked the matchmaker Uncle Uzzi to help him find a mate, because he doesn't want to lose control of his tiger.
The witch matchmaker finds Elissa, who's stranded after a date goes wrong, on his way to see Hunter, and she goes with him. One sniff of Elissa, even though she's human, and Hunter knows he's got his fated mate!
The narrator and narration of this book were spot on, and awesome!

Purrfectly Mated
Another great shifter Fated Mates romance. It was very well-written with characters that you feel you know them and want to be their friends, except for one shifter and one sleazy human male. The way she was "purrfect" for him and he for her in their attitudes, actions and wants was very nice also. I dont't want to give away the story, but you will not be disappointed and cannot wait to read more about this clan. This was well narrated, She did females characters differently and had ok male voice differences

Elissa and Hunter
I love how Elissa just accepts the witch and shifter and magic world so easy and so quick and without any freak outs. I love the way she fits in. I love how Hunter accepts her as his mate without being dragged kicking and screaming. I love how their relationship explodes so fast. I like the bit of mystery and tension that is threaded through the story and how they resolve the matter. I like the mating and shifter aspects of the story and how Elissa gets not only her happy but also her extra, due to the shifter bits. The narrator does a good job with tone and inflections. The story and the voice moves easy and smoothly.
