Not A Listen/Read Once Experience
I’ve listened to and read this compilation several times and I am sure I will again. Every time, some new “aha.” Pema has been and continues to be such a rich source of teachings.

feeling much gratitude. very helpful
this book came along at the right time. it has been very helpful to learn about staying with any of my aggressions and aversions I'm giving them space without story line. I believe I was really ready to hear what she had to say. I have heard this teaching before, however I don't think it really sunk in. However this time I believe it did.

Much needed in this world. Well worth your time.
How to pause and overcome aggression. Guiltlessness is the most important thing for modern practitioners to understand and embrace.
