Fantastic

So much better then the other sleep hypnosis ones I've tried. I will try the others of this series.

I like this

All I can say is that I feel much more refreshed today and fell asleep in ike a baby. I do feel better about the issues I am facing right now so I am going to keep at the program and see where it takes me.
