About this listen
Have you ever looked at your picky eater and wondered, “Will they ever grow out of this?" Then, you need to keep listening....
For more than 29 years, I was an extremely picky eater. My parents were told, year after year, I would just “grow out of it”.
Except, I didn’t.
I remember when I was little, sitting at the kitchen table with my Mom, who would say, “Please just take one little bite!” I so badly wanted to, but I just couldn’t, and both of us wound up so frustrated and upset.
My extremely picky eating was not identified for what it was, and so, it got worse as I got older, instead of better.
That is...until I finally discovered how to overcome my picky eating, and am thrilled to say I can now eat anything and everything!
That’s why I wrote this book. To help you and your picky eater, even if you’ve tried everything you could think of to get your child to try new foods.
Inside this audiobook, you'll discover:
- Why some children don't grow out of their picky eating on their own
- A scientifically backed approach picky eaters can start using, regardless of age
- The surprising first step to help picky eaters try new foods (Hint: It is not “just take a bite”.)
- How you can remove the stress around mealtime and have fun with food
- How to avoid the biggest mistakes that will only make things worse
- And much more...
Even if you’ve gone to doctor after doctor and feel like you tried everything imaginable with your picky eater, it is still possible. I thought I was the pickiest eater in the world and that I was doomed to be a picky eater for the rest of my life.
If you were to ask me, "Do you eat ...?", most likely my answer was, "No". No bacon, no burgers, no chicken, no fish, no shrimp, no veggies, no salads, no eggs, no pasta, no rice, etc.
If I can do it, your picky eater can, too.
If you want to help your child overcome their picky eating and save years of trying to figure it out on your own, then click the “buy now” button.

Information needed
I have a son who only likes to eat the same everyday. He would only eat peanut butter sandwich, a few fruits, and eggs. He would rarely eat meats, salad, rice, potatoes, etc. But thanks to the information provided in this audiobook, he has started to expand his daily diet with a some different foods. Totally recommended.

Great information
One of my sons is a very picky eater, his nickname is "Fusspot Lou". He's still growing but I can see he's too thin and was actually LESS picky when he was younger. This book is giving me lots of hope that we can work through this. He's at an age where he knows he needs to do something about it, but just talking at him makes no difference. Am eager to try what this book recommends!

Must read for toddler moms
This book is not for extremely picky eaters only. It’s also enlightening for new mothers of young kids who need guidance on how to expose kids to new foods (and cooking) from a young age, so they can have a healthy relationship with food. Hearing the perspective from a person who grew up as a picky eater (with science backing it) is extremely helpful and eye opening. Thanks Jessica for sharing your experience!

Very thorough and easy to follow!
I'm so grateful I found this audiobook!! The narrator provides a ton of information that I did not receive when I took my picky eater to the doctor. I had no idea what to do or how to do it until listening to this book. I especially loved the chapter about being a mom of a picky eater, and I can totally relate to the guilt and stress that parents feel. I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone with a picky eater in their family.

Excellent Resource for Picky Eaters!
If you’re a parent you’ll most likely have (or remember) when your child was a picky eater and didn’t want to try certain foods. I assumed, before listening to this audiobook, that most people grew out of it, but it turns out that this isn’t always the case and that having food phobia is a legitimate issue. If you’re an adult and still avoid certain foods or have children who are picky eaters then this will be an excellent resource for you!

My savior!
Among my friends, I am always considered as the ultimate picky eater. I don't eat seafood, spicy, pickles in burgers and much other food. It makes me a little embarrassed when eating with other families. This book helped me a lot! I took some strategies in this book and finally would give it a try for much food that I couldn't accept. They were not as horrible as I had thought. Now I can't say I am not picky, but I do make a big improvement in eating! Highly recommended!
