Story
Jagger is a man who is to be hanged after being wrongfully convicted of killing a bigot in self defense. On the day of his execution, the sun does not rise in the morning. There is also still some dispute as to whether or not Jagger is guilty. However, Jagger is hanged anyway, much to the delight of the town. The town Reverend steps in and says that the sky is black because of all the hatred in the world, namely the hatred surrounding Jagger's execution.

Mission to Mars
A wonderful production of a classic Twilight Zone story beautifully adapter for audio. A mission to Mars teaches a scientist that people are indeed alike all over. The cast, led by Blair Underwood is wonderful. Much easier to follow along than I thought it would be.

Good story idea somewhat mishandled.
If you know nothing at all about the story when starting a listen, it's an OK episode. The first 15 minutes or so is actually great. However if you read the summary in advance, the "big reveal" comes as no surprise at all. Summary is not a total spoiler, but it still reveals a bit too much for the episode to become enjoyable.
Somewhat lackluster performance by Blair Underwood. Supporting cast is actually better.
Not bad, just a missed opportunity at making a really great episode.
