Anyone Who Wants to Perform Their Best
If people who are trying to gain muscle pay enough attention to their intake of these digestive enzymes, they will see far better results than someone who does not. Please keep in mind the amount of reps you would like to perform to achieve your goals. 1 to 5 to build dense muscle and strength, 6-12 to build equal amounts of muscle strength and endurance and 12+ to build muscular endurance and size. It is recommended that you give your muscles 48 hours to rest. This means that you pick a day you want to work out, you can do your legs and chest that day. The next day, refrain from going to the gym. Instead, focus on your mobility. Spend this day doing various stretches. The first step to eating healthy is to begin with eating a nice healthy breakfast. When you do so, you will gain energy for the first hour and you will be less hungry throughout the day. There will be a glossary for some of the terms you may not know so that you are able to easily reference those words as you work your way throughout this book. Take the time to investigate a sudden surge of hunger to see if it could instead be related to your emotional state instead of your physical one.

Danielle Ballengee showed she was mentally tough
whenever she went on to finish fifth in a sixty mile race that involved mountain biking, orienteering, rope courses, running, and kayaking after falling from a sixty foot cliff and being stranded for two days. She suffered from a shattered pelvis and internalbleeding. The race was a hundred and fifty days after her accident and ninety of those days she spent in a wheel chair.

Excellent, Practice Advice!
In 1988 Mat Biondi lost his first two finals in the Olympic Games. However, he ended up winning five gold medals later in the games proving that his mental toughness was high enough that his losses did not set him back therefore making it to where he was able to earn his gold medals.
