Very practical

wish I had this book years ago

yo this one hit HARD, like…how did it know what i been thru lol. it breaks down toxic vibes and narcissist red flags in a way that’s actually easy to get. made me rethink some ppl i thought were “normal” too. real talk, this helped me start healing for real not just fakin it

Learning more about myself

I didn’t think I was the type to fall into toxic habits, but this audiobook had me pausing and really thinking about how I act when I feel overwhelmed or unheard.
