awful.

this audio book is narrated in such a manner that it sounds robotic. the content is incredibly condescending and negative. it seems he has done experiments on himself and makes conclusions based on this trial of one. Im on chapter 8 and there is not a single mention of negativity. i don't think i'll be able to put up with it to the end.
