About this listen
Most of the mainstream advice on fear and anxiety fails to produce long-term results. This is because the vast majority of conventional advice is excessively focused on managing symptoms instead of getting to the root of the issue.
Most of my clients come to me after having struggled with fear and anxiety for a long time. If you have been inspired to pick this book, then chances are you are also desperately looking for a solution. Indeed, fear and anxiety can be incredibly paralyzing. It can hold you back from realizing your full potential in life. In acute cases, it may even inhibit one from performing the normal day-to-day functions of life. The good news is no matter how bad things have been, there is hope!
To defeat your enemy, you have to know your enemy first. Hence, I will help you get to the root of your fear and anxiety issues. My goal is to help you understand what your struggles are really about, where they come from, and most importantly, how to overcome them. Most of the things we struggle with in life can be linked to our childhood. Therefore, inner child healing is an essential aspect of this book.
This book is a practical guide for overcoming fear and anxiety. All the tools, techniques, methods, and ideas I have presented here are the same that you would experience if you walked into my clinic. I can vouch that they have worked for me and for my clients. My goal with writing this book is to reach a wider audience and help more people who can’t visit me in person.
I can guarantee you one thing–if you do the exercises and apply what you are learning, then you’ll definitely get the results. It doesn’t matter how bad you think your problem is, this book will surely help you.The only question is: Are you ready to change your life?

The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

The science and understanding yourself
Yes, it's so interesting to understand and diffiriate what is real and what is imaginary. Humans have very powerful, sophisticated machine, called mind. If we know ourselves deeply, we can use this knowledge in advantage. If we don't, we can create miserable life for ourselves. Knowledge is the key. Applying knowledge is transformative journey where you are right now and where or who you want to be. The author of this book laid out beautifully from knowledge about yourself to applications, examples of others, different practices and methods.
Fear, can be a good factor, also it can be complete disaster, if you don't know how to control it. More you will be able to control it, more faster you can propel in life, be more productive individual, and more joyful.
The bottom line is no matter how much you know, but how much you will apply in life, work on yourself, change your self. Rewrite you DNA from inside out. Massive Thank You to author for sharing this knowledge, information and wisdom!!!

“Overcoming Fear and Anxiety” is a practical guide full of suggested practices for overcoming fear, anxiety, and panic attacks. Though I don’t myself suffer these maladies, I’ve known those who have, and I can’t help but think they would find these practices effective. I’d recommend this book to anyone who suffers from fear, anxiety, or panic attacks or, those whose profession brings them into contact with those who do suffer these symptoms.

Trauma Is Deeply Personal
Personally I never thought about the various aspects of trauma. This book opened my eyes up to see trauma in a different light. It also has power because it shows us how to be healed from the inside out because of damage done externally.
