About this listen

Dylan

My dreams came true when I was adopted at ten. I was the best on the ice. Living the life every kid dreams of. We’ve been best friends since then. Even when she was the annoying little sister following us around. I would do anything for her. It is another family vacation, except this time it feels different. Everything feels different.

Alex

All my memories have Dylan in them—from the first time I fell off my bike to the time I got my heart broken for the first time. He’s always been my protector, but it’s time to let the dream of being his go. One last family trip, one last goodbye. Except fate steps in and has other plans.

Courage and Love

I love this series. I love the family from Cooper Stone and Parker on down. Beautiful love story about unconditional love! Justin is my hero! Love to follow Maddox story. The banter between the men when Dylan confessed was funny. Especially when Dylan saw the light …. Can’t wait to read the next story!

Have the Tissues Handy

This book underscores why Natasha Madison is one of the all time greats of romantic fiction. Once again, she has created characters that are flawed but not weak and a large extended family that continues to show how important unconditional love and support are. You will root for Dylan and Alex as they prove again and again that people come into our lives for a reason.

Besties Alex & Dillion confess their deeper feelings

Alex Horton and Dillion Stone have adored each other since childhood. Brought up as cousins once Dillion was adopted their love matured but they were each afraid to admit their feelings until the love, lust, and possessiveness became too much and they discovered they felt the same about each other. Then in true Stone fashion they discover a hockey playing child in need of love
Like Cooper Sr. did with Matthew, like Justin did with Dillion, and now Dillion with Maddox. Each situation slightly different but the family concern and opinions shine through. I hope Chase and Viv each get their own books. Good narration though Ava Lucas’ male voice is not great.

Good story but it felt a little rushed

I liked the story line but it seemed rushed. The male voice from the female narrator sounded like the “do the roar” boy from Shrek. This would be good as a dual narrative or full cast.

Amazing story

Only One Forever by Natasha Madison was an amazing book; a story about unconditional love, family and friendship that will give you all the feels and touch your heart deeply. Connor Crais and Ava Lucas did a fantastic job with their narration and bringing Dylan and Alex’s love story to life, the raw emotions on how these characters were feeling especially when a special person came into their lives. We got to see more of Dylan’s backstory which enriched this story even more and brought him full circle. Alex was a force to be reckon with and she showed her capacity for unconditional love without hesitation. I totally adored her and who wouldn’t since she’s Max Horton’s daughter. This was an epic story to end this series.

My first in this series.

I will have to go back and read/listen to the others in this series. This was such a good story. My heart was full and I cried a little. You will enjoy it!

Not the best in the series 🤷‍♀️

I was super excited to read Dylan’s story that I jumped directly to his but I was very disappointed. Alex was written as an immature child. It just wasn’t my favorite. I’m going to read Nico & Becca’s story now.

The incest one

COUSINS!
THEY. ARE. COUSINS!!!!
And don’t get started with the whole he’s adopted and their parents are only half siblings, if you have to reach that far and say “technically” then it still counts as incest. Any way you spin this story they are still cousins and still related and therefore it is incest.

The books in this series are supposed to count as stand alones too, but this series is too wound together and there are too many “side characters” for these books to be stand alones. If you don’t read them together than you will be a bit confused.

The author does try and write this book to where the familial facts don’t show up till like half way through the book. But when you write an incest book you have to have at-least one character with common sense calling the BS out. So yeah, you can do whatever you want with this information but I do plead for you not to be a cousin f*cker.
